January 1, 2017 - Applications can be submitted online and will be accepted. Do not send or mail paper copies!
Applications will be accepted until we reach 198 exhibits or March 10, 2017 at 11 PM (NEW DATE)- whichever occurs first.
March 25, 2017 - Fair begins - 3rd floor of the University Union Building - Chesapeake Room
7:30 AM - Students can begin to check in and setup their projects
9 AM - Exhibit hall is cleared of all people except for the participating Students
4 PM - Judging is ended
March 26, 2017 - Fair continues - 3rd floor of the University Union Building - Chesapeake Room
1PM - Exhibit hall is opened to the public
3 PM - Public viewing is concluded - Exhibits can be removed
4 PM - Awards ceremony begins - 2nd floor - University Union Building
